Referral Scheme

At i4C we generate strong relationships with our candidates and because of this we recieve a high number of quality referals. As a result we have introduced a £250 referal scheme to show our appreciation to these individuals in their continued support of our developing business.

If you recommend an individual to our business that has not been contacted by i4C in the previous 12 months you will then be entitled to a £250 payment upon successful placement of that individual. The following guidelines will apply:

1. In the even of an individual being recommended on multiple occasions this payment will be made to the first individual that made the referral;

2. Is payable once i4C has been paid by the hiring company and the individual has successfully completed their 13 week probationary period;

3. This scheme will payout for a period of 6 months after the referral;

4. Payments will only be made on a 1st placement;

5. In the event of any disputed fees the decision of the Directors of i4C Executive Search will be final.
