Lee is a Founding Director of i4C Executive Search having previously been Operations Director with MRI Lincoln where he developed a desk within the External Envelope market. Lee has excellent relationships with some of the market leaders and has successfully placed candidates as diverse as Managing Director to Area Sales Executives, across the Roofing, Cladding, Insulation and Window markets

With 18 years Commercial experience within the agricultural merchant industry and over 8 years recruiting experience, Lee is well placed to understand the issues facing businesses within difficult trading environments.

I head up Sales & Recruitment at i4c Executive Search within our Construction & Renewable Energy Division.

I cover the UK and Irish markets and have been retained by a number of leading Solar PV companies (both Manufacturers, Distributors & Installers) who are looking to penetrate the growing UK Market. Many have struggled to fill bespoke sales vacancies in the UK, but have heard about I4c's excellent experience providing these organisations with high class, UK based sales & commercial candidates.
