Lee Hancock - Director

Lee is a Founding Director of i4C Executive Search having previously been Operations Director with MRI Lincoln where he developed a desk within the External Envelope market. Lee has excellent relationships with some of the market leaders and has successfully placed candidates as diverse as Managing Director to Area Sales Executives, across all functions of a business.

With 18 years Commercial experience within the agricultural merchant industry Lee is well placed to understand the issues facing businesses within difficult trading environments.

Looking for a change of direction early in 2003 Lee fell into recruitment by accident and has fallen in love with it as a career. "My careers officer at school never suggested recruitment as an option, so I've missed out on 18 yrs worth of fun!"

Lee has previously managed teams of individuals and always found the art of forming a strong team very exciting so it has been no surprise his passion for recruitment has flourished so quickly.

Lee is an avid rugby enthusiast having played for a number of clubs over his 21yr playing career before finally settling at Lincoln and spending a number of years playing 1st team. Having virtually retired Lee has turned his attention to both coaching, where he is looking to complete his Level 2 qualification this summer and refereeing where in a short space of time is gaining an excellent reputation locally.
